Hasibul lives with his parents and older sister in a community in Naogaon District. They live in a small, semi brick house made of brick, wood, and iron sheets. Their access to water is from their local canal and pond. Hasibul’s family is very poor. The father drives an auto rickshaw, but his income is very small. They live hand to mouth. Due to poverty the father could not send his children to school, and there is no school in their village. Hasibul received an invitation to study at the International Needs Slum School. He and his parents are very much grateful. The family’s religion is Islam.
