Elias lives with his parents and his brother in northern Bangladesh in Naogaon district. They live in a home made of mud bricks, rod, and sand. They get water from a local canal. Elias’ father works as a driver, but is not able to earn enough to provide for his family. Elias’ mother is a housewife. They both work hard, but they need help to afford and education for Elias.
An education is so important because it helps to break the cycle of poverty and give hope for a brighter future. Sponsorship provides children with an education, a school uniform and supplies, a warm meal, medical care, and they are lovingly taught the Word of God at the International Needs Naogaon Slum School in Bangladesh.
