Emanuel Alejandro Acevedo Ramos
Emanuel loves to listen to stories and books. He lives in his aunt’s house with his parents and younger brother. They live in a cement house in a slum called La Playa, on the outskirts of Barranquilla. Emanuel and his family moved to Barranquilla in search of work and new opportunities. His father sells books and his mother is a housewife. Their income is low and unsteady and Emanuel needs support so that he can attend school.
La Rosa de Saron is an educational outreach to a displaced community suffering from poverty and persecution. Children at the school receive a quality education, school uniforms, and health care. They are lovingly taught the Word of God.
