Saiel David Henriquez Martinez
Saiel lives with his parents and brother in a slum called La Playa, on the outskirts of Barranquilla. The family lives in a house owned by an aunt. The house has running water, electricity, and gas. His father works as a cab driver and his mother is a housewife. Their income is low and they are struggling to meet the needs of the family and send Saiel to school. Saiel enjoys cooking and help with chores at home.
La Rosa de Saron is an educational outreach to a displaced community suffering from poverty and persecution. Children at the school receive a quality education, school uniforms, and health care. They are lovingly taught the Word of God.
