Elizabeth lives with her parents and her three sisters in the community of Doblogonno, in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. Her father is an electrician and her mother sells items in the village as a petty trader but their income is very low and unsteady. The family lives in a mud house with no electricity or running water and must access their water each day from a stream.
An education is so important because it helps to break the cycle of poverty and give hope for a brighter future. Sponsorship provides children with an education, a school uniform and supplies, a warm meal, medical care, and they are lovingly taught the word of God.
