Sampson lives with his parents and four siblings in a mud house in Doblogonno, a suburb of Accra. His father is a carpenter while his mother is a petty trader who sells items in their community. The family has access to drinkable water from a borehole. Sampson is a promising child but he faces eminent danger of dropping out of school due to her parents’ inability to cater for his educational needs. Your support will offer him the opportunity to benefit from quality education.
An education is so important in Ghana because it helps to break the cycle of poverty. Families in our sponsorship program earn such a low income that they are struggling to send their child to school. At the International Needs school in Doblogonno, children receive a warm meal, a quality education, school supplies, medical care, and Christian nurture.
