God’s Love for Refugees
“And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us,…”
Acts 17:26 – 27
People Fleeing From Their Homes
Today, one in every 113 people on earth is fleeing from their home. It is the largest migration of people since World War II!
And in ways only explained as God’s Providence of loving care and direction, these refugees are fleeing into countries where International Needs is working to transform lives and change communities for Christ!
The Lord’s People Ready to Serve
These displaced people are seeking refuge from the violence of war and persecution. Christians who speak the same language and understand their home culture are serving these broken and searching people from neighboring countries.
Turkish Christians who are fluent in Arabic and Kurdish are serving people fleeing their homes in Syria and Iraq, and Egyptian Christians fluent in Arabic are serving people fleeing into the northern desert of Egypt and southern Lebanon. Likewise, Ugandan and Kenyan Christians are providing comfort to those fleeing from conflict and persecution in Sudan, Somalia, and Congo.
How You Can Help
We need your help to continue to reach refugees and displaced people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
God has moved these people into places where they may learn about His Son. Please give so someone will be there to share the Gospel and show His love for each wandering soul.
Also, please pray for the 65.3 million people who are seeking peace.
