Situation
The Czech Republic is one of the most atheistic countries in the world, with less than 1 percent of the population connected to an evangelical church. Many young people come from broken families, turn to alcohol or smoking, and spend countless hours online without healthy guidance. Without positive influences, they face isolation, addiction, and a lack of purpose.
Solution
International Needs Czech Republic created the Healthy Youth Program to equip youth workers who engage students directly in schools. Through classroom presentations on real-life issues like relationships, internet safety, and health, youth workers build trust and share the gospel in a relevant and relational way. Follow-up events and mentoring extend the conversation, offering young people a safe place to grow in faith and community.
