Situation
Kibera is home to more than 60,000 street children and countless families struggling in poverty. Many children grow up without hearing the gospel or experiencing consistent care. At the same time, local pastors face challenges as they try to minister in difficult environments with limited training and resources.
Solution
International Needs Kenya runs Saturday Bible Clubs that reach more than 600 children weekly with Bible teaching, worship, and a nutritious meal. These clubs nurture children spiritually and physically in a safe environment. In addition, the Pastors Empowerment Program trains and equips local pastors, providing them with Bibles and practical tools for evangelism in hard-to-reach areas.
