ZACTS Farm

A 3-hectare agricultural project in which cabbages, tomatoes, soybeans, and maize are grown. The farm also supports livestock projects, including chicken and cattle rearing. The majority of food produced from the farm is used to feed the children at the ZACTS OVC school.

Situation

Many families in Zambia face chronic food insecurity. Orphans and vulnerable children often go hungry, while guardians struggle to provide daily meals. Without sustainable solutions, hunger and poverty continue to hold back entire communities.

Solution

The ZACTS Farm is a 3-hectare agricultural project that grows cabbages, tomatoes, soybeans, and maize, along with raising chickens and cattle. The farm produces food for children at the ZACTS OVC school while also serving as a model for income-generating projects.

How Your Gift Helps

Your support helps maintain crops, livestock, and farm operations. Contributions ensure that children at the school receive nutritious meals and that surplus produce sustains income for community programs. Every donation helps feed children and grow hope.
