ACTS Himalayas reaches communities across Siliguri and Dehradun, offering hope to individuals and families through the gospel, education, and programs that empower the most vulnerable to rise above their circumstances and make the most of their God-given potential.

Nicanor & Elizabeth Tamang, Prasanna & Arpana Khaling
Nicanor & Elizabeth Tamang have served the people of Nepal and India for over 50 years. Through Bible teaching, pastor training, and education, they have reached tens of thousands of people in Northeast India and Nepal.
Prasanna and Arpana Khaling had a vision to help little girls in the Siliguri area of India. In 2002, they founded Sano Diyo (meaning Little Lighthouse), a home for young girls who had been orphaned or abandoned by their parents and who were at high risk for human trafficking. Today Sano Diyo is home to 37 girls who are growing and developing into adults, ready to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
