Seminary in a Suitcase
Equipping local leaders through theological training
How do church planters and pastors receive training in a country where seminary training is not accessible? A great program we call Seminary in a Suitcase, made possible by people like you!
In June, over 70 pastors, church planters, and evangelists gathered for Seminary in a Suitcase. This was a two-day training in the northern part of Romania.
A pastor from the United States travelled to Romania to provide seminary-type training. The 70 participants were invited to an interactive approach of 1 Peter by learning how to live as heavenly citizens in this alien world.
This was a wonderful time of learning, but it was also an opportunity for fellowship, encouragement, and collaboration.
These men and women are eager to do the work of the Lord, but it can be a difficult job. Church planters and pastors can sometimes feel isolated. It was a blessing for them to step away from daily routines to learn and be encouraged, providing fuel for their journeys.
These leaders went back to their villages refreshed and eager to share the gospel in their own communities. Thank you for providing encouragement to these men and women through your support. You are making it possible for more people to make decisions for Jesus Christ!
